As one of the founders, Phil brings a  wealth of experience within the digital asset space while holding an extensive background in Merger & Acquisitions.  Phil is  a visionary leader in the field of blockchain technology, renewable energy, and humanitarian causes, with over 15 years of experience. I make significant contributions to the intersection of these three critical areas, leveraging my expertise to drive positive change and empower communities across the globe.

As a passionate advocate for renewable energy and sustainable development, I work tirelessly to advance the adoption of clean energy solutions in both developed and developing countries. Phil collaborates with governments, NGOs, and private sector partners to develop innovative approaches to energy access, distribution, and financing, harnessing the power of blockchain technology to increase transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

Oliver is a seasoned professional with a diverse background that spans across the property and digital asset industries. As a Chartered Surveyor, Oliver built a strong foundation working with some of the largest and most reputable surveying practices in the UK. During this time, he gained extensive experience in property valuation, project management, and strategic consulting for clients across a variety of sectors.

In the last three years, Oliver transitioned into the rapidly evolving world of digital assets and blockchain technology. Leveraging his analytical skills Oliver has become a key team player in the blockchain space, driving innovation and helping businesses navigate the complexities of decentralized finance and digital assets.

As co-founder of QELT, Oliver combines his knowledge of traditional industries with cutting-edge blockchain solutions to deliver forward-thinking strategies that unlock value for clients. He is passionate about the future of blockchain and is committed to helping the company lead the way in shaping the future of both industries.

Roy has significant experience in assisting companies, in his role as a former director of a US merchant bank and part of the team that provides their funding. He is well used to seeing and understanding the many commercial and legal challenges involved with developing companies through to exit.
Roy's particular interests are seeing the bigger picture, mentoring, and maximising opportunities. Enabling and developing entrepreneurship and keeping those feet on the ground, without inhibiting the wealth creation which are essential to any business.
